Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
- Is based on the principles of collaboration, working together.
- Clear goals will be developed which are tracked to review progress. We call these Goals Based Outcomes.
- We map out how the difficulties developed, looking at Negative Thoughts and Behaviours.
- We look at the negative thoughts, how this impact of this on your life and have a think about how we can help you change and challenge these thoughts.
- At the end of therapy, we develop a Relapse Prevention Plan to help you manage challenges in the future so that are aware of the triggers and alternate ways to handle these difficulties.
